Public Clock API — no API keys + CORS

Here’s a DEV write-up on a no api key time api free world time API that doesn’t require accounts or keys, and it’s CORS-enabled.

What I liked:

- DST + offsets included

- an /ip endpoint for timezone auto-detect

- copy-paste friendly usage
